This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and complies with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. Cancellations by You (Consumer)
- Advance Orders / Bookings (CPA Section 17): You may cancel any advance reservation or order for services. We may charge a reasonable cancellation fee based on the nature of the service, the length of notice given, and costs already incurred.
- ECTA Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel an electronic transaction within 7 days of conclusion of the agreement, or receipt where applicable, subject to ECTA provisions. Written notice is required.
- Custom Development Projects: Cancellations after work has started, such as after design approval or first milestone, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the project value, depending on work completed.
- VPN / Digital Services / Subscriptions: Cancellations are accepted, but access already granted is generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled, with no further charges after the current period.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only in accordance with this policy, ECTA, and CPA.
- Eligible Refunds: Full refunds may be issued for cancellations within the 7-day ECTA cooling-off period where no service has been delivered, or where we are unable to provide the agreed service.
- Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, VPN access once provided, completed milestones, and services where you have already received and used the deliverables are generally non-refundable.
- Faulty Services: If services are defective, you may request repair, replacement, or refund under CPA warranties within reasonable timeframes.
- Processing time: Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order/service for reasons including non-payment, breach of terms, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will refund any unused portion where fair and lawful.
4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

5. Important Notes
- This policy does not limit your statutory rights under ECTA or CPA.
- All returns/cancellations must be in original condition where applicable.
- We comply with Section 43 of ECTA regarding transparent pricing and information.
